Subprocessors
Firezone uses the following subprocessors to provide and operate the Service. This list is maintained as part of our Data Processing Agreement and is updated whenever subprocessor changes occur.

| Stripe | United States | Payments processor that stores Customer business address and billing contact email address for purposes of invoicing and billing. |
| Microsoft Azure | United States | Infrastructure vendor which provides the infrastructure services that serve the Firezone product. Our database cluster is primarily located in the centralus region (Iowa, United States) with replicas in northeurope (Ireland) and australiaeast (Sydney) for performance and reliability. |
| HubSpot | United States | CRM storing points-of-contact for the Customer for purposes of facilitating communications, tracking deals, support tickets, and other sales data related to customer interactions. Only customers who have signed up for our newsletter, opened support tickets, or have contacted us regarding Firezone sales are tracked in HubSpot. |
| PostHog | United States | Used to evaluate feature flags and send product usage metrics from the Firezone client applications for application monitoring and reliability improvement. Also used for marketing website analytics to track page views and conversions. |
| Sentry | United States | Collects crash logs and backtraces from the Firezone client and gateway applications for troubleshooting purposes. No sensitive data such as IP addresses or email addresses are collected. On gateways and CLI clients, this can be disabled with an environment variable. |
